Currently, most of Bill’s time is spent managing Butler, Rosenbury & Partners business development efforts in the United States and internationally.

As a frequent lake-goer, skier and father of two, Bill enjoys boating on Table Rock Lake, golfing, home construction projects and chasing his son and daughter around the country as they go off to college.

Bill began his career at BR&P as a structural engineer and has experience in many building systems. His broad and unique experience is invaluable in large projects, or in a typical office building. Bill has worked on more than 30 hospitality and retail projects ranging from $15 to $100 million in construction costs.

Originally licensed by the Missouri Board of Professional Engineers, Bill is licensed in 19 other states. Bill is active in the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, the Professional Engineers in Private Practice, the American Concrete Institute, the Portland Cement Association and the Springfield Contractors Association. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Ozarks Science and Engineering Fair Foundation. Bill received his degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Chi Epsilon, both engineering honor societies.
