Geoffrey founded the firm in 1978. At that time, interest rates were very high and construction costs were escalating rapidly due to inflation. He founded the firm with the goal of focusing on well planned and executed projects. Using construction management processes developed in the 60's for the Navy, the firm developed a clientele who appreciated the benefits of good design and the accelerated construction periods that construction project management provided. Controlling cost, time and managing risk became his trademark.

In the 33 years since then, he has continued to expand the firm's capabilities and capacity, adding services, markets and surrounding himself with the most talented collection of design professionals he could find.

Community service has always been a passion for Geoffrey. He has served on many community boards and commissions including many terms as Chairman. His passion and commitment to the community is shared by everyone in the firm.

An avid instrument rated pilot, Geoffrey also reaches out to serve clients within a 500 mile radius of the home office. This ability to be on site or in the client's offices any day of the week provides the firm great flexibility and enhances our capacity to serve our clients.

He has never been one to avoid confrontation and, as a result, he has become an excellent advocate for our client's interests particularly when working with governmental entities and other similar bureaucracies.
