Tim Rosenbury, AIA

Tim is a proclaimed Folger's coffee fan and seeks comfort in ready-made suits, vests, Hush Puppy shoes, and knowledge in reading everything he can get his hands on.

Registered in Missouri, Tim received a Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University. Tim’s leadership experience includes project management, design principal, or principal in charge of almost all of the redevelopment and historic renovation projects designed by Butler, Rosenbury & Partners. He is a graduate of Leadership Springfield. He has served on the Greene County Historic Sites Board and is the founding president of Preservation Springfield. Tim was a member of the Vision 20/20 Center City Focus Group and appointed to the City of Springfield citizen task force to select a new city manager. He currently serves as a director of the Downtown Springfield CID. Tim is the 2010 Chairman of the Board of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a board member of the Council of Churches of the Ozarks and the Community Advisory Board of the Springfield Corps of the Salvation Army. In addition, Tim is a director of Guaranty Bank and its parent company, Guaranty Federal Bancshares (NASDAQ: GFED). Tim and his wife, Genie, have two college-age sons and he is an active member of his church.

Tim has also served as an Adjunct Instructor of Architecture for numerous courses as well as serving on the Professional Advisory Council for the Hammons School of Architecture at Drury University.
