The operating structure of our firm is studio-based. With this type of business structure can of provide a more capable service to our client that fits their project needs. The studios are comprised of professional staff that have a specific project experience and ultimately forge the basis of the studio. Each of our studios consists of 5-15 professionals who specialize in the work related to their studio. The professionals that comprise the studios include Land Planners, Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers. Our Retail / Entertainment team combines imagination, real-world practicality and professional experience to create exciting destinations for visitors and shoppers.
		Business to Business Work hard and work smart. Good design doesn’t have to be complicated. Serving a variety of clients including those in healthcare, distribution, finance, and investment services; our Business to Business Architects are dedicated to fulfilling the vision of their clients.
		Civic + Community Listen closely. Work well with others. We learned this as children and we still believe this today. Our Civic + Community Studio focuses in government, education, worship and community institutions. We also specialize in the preservation and adaptive re-use of historic buildings. 		Landscape Architecture They do more than plant trees. The Landscape Architecture Studio designs planting plans, streetscapes and urban improvements, parks and recreation projects, and site development master plans.
		Structural Engineering It’s not all right angles. Our Structural Engineering team is equipped with the experience and know-how to conquer any project including themed retail environments, schools and multi-million dollar resorts.
