Developed by the Lanwa International Group, Pasa Dena IV Commercial District is a multi-use, 1.2 million square foot complex within the Dynatown development in Dongguan, China. The complex consists of two major pieces – a 42-story tower and a three-story base.

Included in the tower is a 330-room hotel, 400,000 square foot of office space, which includes 100,000 square feet for the Lanwa Group's headquarters, a rooftop restaurant and a helipad. The 330-room hotel features amenities such as a spa, meeting space, fitness center, international restaurant, luxury suites with concierge service and indoor pool.

In the three-story base is a six-plex theater, 360,000 square foot of retail space, which includes four restaurants, karaoke bar, sports bar and convention space. On the roof of the three-story base are recreational facilities including tennis courts, basketball court, miniature golf, and rooftop green space with walking rails. Extending up from the three-story base are three, 30+ story condo towers.
