"It's an empowering
feeling to know that your company has confidence
in you as a professional and rewarding to work
in an office that allows its staff to reach their
full potential.
I never imagined that in just one year and
six months after graduating I would
be a part of such a pivotal endeavor. Working
in China has afforded
me the opportunity to enrich
my
global understanding of architecture,
expand my cultural knowledge,
and build a strong foundation
for my career as an architect. I am truly
honored that Butler,
Rosenbury & Partners has entrusted me to carry out such
a tremendous venture so early
in my career."

"Working
for one of the largest firms in Southwest Missouri,
I didn't anticipate
my role as a team member so quickly. Whether
working on projects or company sponsored programs
like the sustainability group, there are lots
of opportunities to not only listen and learn
but also be heard. There's a large resource
of professionals that are always more than happy
to answer any questions I may have.
"Springfield
is a unique city. While it has a large
metropolitan area, it has the feel of a small
community. Downtown
is the happening place, especially on the
weekends while many visit the local restaurants
and attractions.
There’s always something to do whether
it’s a Cards game in the summer or
a Missouri State game in the winter. The
Queen City has
all the major conveniences of a city and
the atmosphere of a small town."
